Flag a project as Cleared Content and the Router routes exclusively through models trained on licensed data, with rights-verified audio. Each export carries a provenance certificate.
This is an absolute gate, not a preference. There is no fallback to unspecified-corpus models, because a single leak breaks the certificate — and the certificate is the entire product. If no compliant model is available, generation is refused rather than quietly downgraded.
This is what makes work sellable to agencies, brands and broadcasters who cannot touch gray-area training data.
