### Rigs

A rig is a camera move as a function of time, with a grip's parameters: dolly and push-in (metres along the lens axis), truck (lateral), crane (rise), orbit (degrees around the target), handheld (bounded, reproducible jitter), steadicam (follow an actor at a constant offset), and locked off. Each has an easing curve.

### Timeline

Three kinds of track over the shot's duration: camera keys (which rig runs from when, with an optional framing and lens), actor keys (position and facing), light keys (intensity). The scrubber renders the staged scene at any moment; the eight-frame animatic is the same function sampled evenly.

### Framings and close-up tracking

On any camera key, pick a framing — extreme close-up, close-up, medium close-up, medium, cowboy, full — and an actor. The camera is placed at the distance that fills the frame on that lens, from the actor's facing side, and a steadicam key keeps it there while the actor moves. A close-up on a wide lens warns about facial distortion and says which longer lens gets the same framing from further away.

### Lens report

Real thin-lens maths on a Super 35 sensor: horizontal field of view, hyperfocal distance, near and far focus limits at the chosen T-stop, total depth in focus, how much of the frame a person fills, and which staged figures fall outside the focus range.

### Into the render

When depth conditioning is on for the scene, the saved move rides into every shot prompt as one sentence — Camera: slow push 0.8m in (0.0–4.0s), on 50mm — that a video model can act on.
