Creators choose a licence per title: View only, Remix — non-commercial, Remix with attribution, or Remix — revenue share.
A remix copies the story scaffold — universe, bibles, script, scenes and shot list — into a new project you own. It does not copy the rendered footage. You re-render under your own credits and your own provenance, because no licence here grants the right to republish someone else's frames verbatim.
Also not carried over: cloned voices (the consent record belongs to the original creator) and trained style adapters (someone paid to train those).
Licence obligations are recorded on the remix itself — attribution, revenue share percentage, non-commercial restriction — and the publish flow reads them back. Attribution is enforced, not left to goodwill.
Remixing your own film is refused — use Branch on the Team tab instead. Branching shares rendered assets and is therefore far cheaper.
