Start at Projects and create one. Give it a title, a format (short, feature, series, micro-drama, music video) and a target runtime.
Once inside, the Pipeline panel on the project overview is your map. It lists every step from Idea to Publish, marks the ones already done, and highlights the next one. Click any step to go there.
The order that actually works:
- 1Idea — logline and format.
- 2Bibles — create your characters. This is the single highest-leverage step: a character in the Bible gets injected into every shot automatically, which is what stops faces drifting between scenes.
- 3Script — write, import or develop from a one-line idea.
- 4Shot list — the script promotes into scenes and shots.
- 5Storyboard — approve stills before spending video credits. This gate exists because video costs roughly ten times what a still does.
- 6Generate — render the shots.
- 7Timeline — assemble the cut.
- 8Audit — an eleven-category continuity pass.
- 9Publish — to the Theater, or export.
You do not have to do it in that order, and in Beginner mode most of it happens for you.
