Scene and shot list with framing, lens, duration, cast, props, dialogue counts and any setups or payoffs — plus a character/scene grid.
The grid is the load-bearing part. It is how a production discovers that its lead is in thirty-one of thirty-four scenes, or that two actors who share every scene were scheduled on different days. You cannot read that from a scene list; it has to be a grid. Rows are ordered by presence, because the actor at the top is the one whose availability constrains everything else.
### Two formats
CSV opens in Excel, Sheets or Numbers, and contains the shot table and the grid in one file — a producer opening one attachment should find everything.
Breakdown sheet is print-styled HTML: A4 landscape, repeating table headers on every page, scenes that do not split across a page break. Open it and use your browser's Print → Save as PDF.
That is offered rather than a PDF button because every browser has a better PDF engine than a bundled library would, and "print to PDF" is a real instruction that works today rather than a button producing something misaligned.
